By adding Velvet to your Discord server or using Velvet through Discord's user install feature, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use Velvet.
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Velvet ("the Bot"), operated by 5igf ("we", "us", or "our"). By using the Bot, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and meet Discord's minimum age requirements in your jurisdiction.
Velvet is a Discord bot that provides utility, OSINT, and lookup tools to approved users. Access to certain features requires owner approval and/or premium access granted at the owner's sole discretion.
By using Velvet, you agree not to:
Access to Velvet is granted at the sole discretion of the Bot owner. We reserve the right to approve, deny, suspend, or revoke access to any user at any time without notice or explanation. Blacklisted users may not appeal their status.
Certain commands are restricted to users with Velvet Premium access. Premium access is granted by the Bot owner and may be revoked at any time. We do not guarantee continued access to premium features.
Velvet is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Bot will be available at all times, error-free, or that results from OSINT tools will be accurate or up to date. Use of OSINT tools is at your own risk.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of Velvet, including but not limited to damages resulting from reliance on data provided by the Bot.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to Velvet at any time, for any reason, including violation of these Terms, without prior notice.
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Velvet after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will update the "last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.
